Had another visit to HK and decided to see the not-so visited areas of the city. The places you wouldn't normally see tourists taking pictures, though an added risk was the tiger-looks I got from the inhabitants of these not-so-friendly side streets :D

I always wanted to capture the feel of eating in an oriental side street foodstall, I tried sitting down with these peeps, pero ang sama talaga ng tingin sakin, I guess hindi parin talaga akong papasang local, hehehe. In one of the mini-kalye food courts I tried to picture, may biglang nag away na dalawang patrons (no joke), hindi sila nag kung fu though (kala ko lahat ng nagaaway dito kung fu), pero di nako lumapit, dahil baka madamay pa ako.

Nakakagulat itong market, kasi masikip and halo halo ang benta (baboy, isda, beef, chicken), but every time I passed by walang amoy na mabaho.

Although I know these sights aren't a novelty for people living in Manila (maglakad ka lang sa side-streets ng Pasay eh ganito rin makikita mo), it's comforting to know that pare-pareho lang ang mga bansa na may basurang tinatago sa likod ng magagandang building.
